Excellent service no hidden costs, arrived within an hour of calling and promptly unblocked my drain using a power hose.

Scott came out at short notice to sort a drainage issue. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly to clear the issue which another firm had been unable to resolve previously. Strongly recommend - excellent service!

My outside manhole was full of water, there was a blockage between the 2 outside manholes (about 10 feet apart). Phoned them about 4:30pm, and they were very polite on the phone. They turned up as promised the next morning. There were two of them and one guy was being trained. After being shown how the equipment works (about 20 minutes), they lifted the manhole cover, shoved a pipe up towards the other manhole and after about 3 minutes a lump of fat came down followed by the rest of the manhole contents. Blockage sorted. The actual time spent working was 13 minutes in total from manhole cover off to manhole cover back on. I was charged a couple of quid short of £300!..... If you devide the amount I was charged by the time spent, it works out at £1,329 an hour. I was quoted £180 by DynoRod, but went with these guys because they were local. Big mistake. I have just bought a set of drain rods and a pair of manhole cover keys from Amazon and got change out of £20. I will sort any future blockage myself.

Called drain doctor out Monday guy arrives puts a hose down drain he can't fix it arranged to call back with price for repair so far no contact and they charged us 146 pound for the pleasure very unhappy with service

Absolutely amazing - came out fast and helped us with our blockage. We had to have the carpet taken up in our rental property and the team worked with us and the estate agents to ensure it happened quickly.
