Couldn’t recommend enough, had 2 other company’s out who were less than helpful and then Scottish water who recommend these guys. They came out and found the hidden manhole in the neighbours garden and had the blockage cleared in a matter of no time!

After being told from another company we had a soakaway coming from our kitchen, we contacted east of Scotland drainage , who came out to inspect and told us ‘it canny be a soakaway’ They fixed the problem, by finding the actual pipe and connected everything together, John, Stevie and Stevie where brilliant throughout and will recommend them in the future . We had a blocked drain for several months which several other companies had been unable to fix. So impressed with how they found the problem.

Responded to email very quickly & out of hours, was here next day (wasn't an emergency). Listened to details, understood problem, did a fantastic service & provided some excellent advice. I am absolutely delighted by the service we received today. Both men turned up on time (I was running late) and they just got straight down to business. They were really thorough, friendly, professional and in my opinion they went over and above and exceeded my expectations. They were on site from 9am to 4pm and worked tirelessly.
