It seemed simple: I booked an appointment for them to attend the property and carry out the repair. However, nobody showed up, rang the buzzer, or attempted to contact me. I had taken the day off work to be available, only to later be told that the engineer had attended and that no one was at the property. UPDATE: After I left this review, the company sent an email to my letting agency referring to my review as “slander and defamation”. A few days later, they sent me another email mentioning “solicitors” and “defamation”. As a customer, I believe I have the right to share an honest account of a bad experience. I also think people should be aware of how this company handled the situation after the review was posted, including contacting my letting agency and using language that I find intimidating. In my opinion, this is completely unprofessional.
Great service. We had complicated drainage issues, requiring the lifting of our front drive. Lynton and team did a great job and you wouldn't even know they'd been there, it was put back so perfectly. Thoroughly recommend
I phoned at 8.45am. Lynton and his colleague arrived at 2.30pm. They cleared the blocked drain and offered helpful advice. Easy to deal with and a fair price. Happy to recommend

Love this company. Had a few drainage issues due to having such an old house. They come straight away, no stresses, everyone is so friendly (unlike some other grumpy companies!) and very reasonable pricing. Wouldn't go anywhere else, top service as always. Thank you!
