Solihull Drainage, a part of Cofton Drainage & Jetting Services Ltd, is described by customers as a responsive outfit handling blocked drains in and around Solihull. The speed of response is a recurring theme, with one account describing attendance within a couple of hours of first contact and another recalling an engineer on site about twenty minutes after the call. Glenn is singled out by name for being quick, capable and genuinely helpful, clearing a blockage without delay. A further point that comes up often is the straightforward way the problem is explained and the options for sorting it out are set out.

The figure given upfront matched what was eventually charged, which those writing describe approvingly as fair. Customers also value the care taken while working and the practical pointers given afterwards, including a walkthrough of what to keep an eye on if the same trouble returns. Feedback centres on drain unblocking and jetting carried out under the Contractor subtype, and the tone across the accounts is one of a friendly, effective team that deals with the job and moves on.
