We chose this company to get out bathroom pipes unblocked because of all the good Google reviews we read. Sadly, our experience was far from perfect. I never write bad reviews but I want to warn people and spare them from wasting their money and time with an unprofessional company. Peterson visited our home on June 10th to unblock our bathroom pipes. After his services we were invoiced for 150 pounds, which we paid inmediately. However, the problem continued so I contacted him again on June 14th. He was very nice and said he will come over the following Tuesday but he never arrived. After texting him he replied on June 20th saying he was ill and that's why couldn't come. He also promised he was going to text me the following week to arrange a new visit. I was very understanding with his situation, even though it is unprofessional to not tell someone you are not coming (we had to reschedule some work commitments to be available that day) and take several days to reply. Of course, he never texted me to arrange a new visit so I had to mesaged him again on July 12th. I only got an automatic message thanking me for contanting them. I messaged again yesterday (July 17th) and still no answer. I have been having to chase him up for more than a month to get a new visit, and he only gives me excuses, false promises or ghosts me. It seems that this company doesn't care about fixing your problem after taking your money. Basically, I paid 150 pounds to be ghosted and not getting my bathroom pipes fixed.

Peter was very professional and friendly. He helped me with a complex job which required 2 visits, both of which he arrived at promptly. He successfully solved the drainage issues and charged a very competitive price for doing so. I would absolutely recommend his services.

Very fast, and very reliable service. Price contained too. My drains were fixed on the same day, within an hour. Peterson was professional, polite and quick to answer. I would recommend this service and company to anyone who has a drainage issue!

These guys are GREAT. Had to call them out on Easter Bank Hol for a blocked drain. The lovely Peter Singh came that day, was quick, efficient and courteous. Absolutely recommend, Peter you're a hero.

Called 247 sustainability out quite late this evening for a blocked sewage line. They said they'd be here in 45 minutes and they were. 1 hour to unblock gravel that had gotten in to the pipes and job done. Cost was decent enough for an emergency call out so would happily use them again.

What an incredible team! Had sewage backing up into my basement. Came quickly and took action! No more blockage Have booked in for cleaning services over the year as a precaution. Would 10/10 recommend

Would highly recommend Peterson and 247Sustainability. We had a drain in our garden overflowing with sewage which was utterly horrible, tried ringing a few companies which we found on google and it was sheer luck we got through to Peterson first. He came out promptly and worked out exactly what the problem was (a block much further down the street’s pipes). He explained what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it, and then did so efficiently. Within 2 hours it was all sorted and cleaned up. Pricing was fair and service was friendly and professional.
