Called them at a very busy time of year as I had a burst pipe, fortunately outside. Scott kept me posted as to when he would be able to come round. He fixed the pipe, showed me where the shut-off valve was, and also checked the main stopcock for leaks.i would definitely recommend.
My heating went off on one of the coldest days this month but it was fixed within hours excellent service.
