ADK Drains

ADK Drains Ltd is a family-run company that has worked in the drain blockage clearing trade for years. It operates in Nottinghamshire, providing drain unblocking for private homes and drain cleaning for businesses.

The company uses pressure jets and pipe blockage detection equipment, and clears blockages using rods and high pressure water jet. Its technicians are fully trained and qualified. ADK Drains Ltd is a registered member of a scheme and its reviews are independently verified by Age UK Business Directory.

Rapid responses and swift attendance run through the feedback for this Nottingham drainage specialist, with accounts describing call-backs on the same day and engineers arriving within an hour of contact. Blocked toilets, a leaking gulley pipe feeding into foundations and a soil run connected to the main sewer appear among the jobs undertaken, and several reviewers note that these were cleared in far less than an hour, in one case using jetting equipment.

Aaron, who runs the firm alongside his son, is named for his frankness and for agreeing a fixed sum before starting, while Liam is singled out for turning up when promised, for courtesy and for talking through each stage as he worked. Fair and sensible charges are mentioned again and again, as is the care taken to rinse down afterwards and leave the pipework functioning properly.

Guidance on keeping drains clear is another recurring detail, together with the usefulness of two-man teams on bigger tasks. A detail many reviews return to is the confidence customers felt after previous poor experiences elsewhere, valuing plain answers about the nature of a blockage and its likely cost. Friendly, industrious staff and quick turnaround are what reviewers keep returning to, with many saying they would call the company out again for later drainage work.
