Excellent Service. Stu is extremely knowledgeable, Severn Trent came out 3 times and messed around. Had complicated set up with additional wet room and EnSite set up. Stuart from AllDrains explained in detail the problem. Initially used camera to detect problem but nudged the blockage and force of water cleared the blockage. All happened within 2 hours of call _ I have used AllDrains on all my properties. Drain blocked and backing up. Contacted this company and out within the hour. Lady who took call and engineers whom arrived post-call were all really helpful and friendly. Drain unblocked within 2 hours of initial call and the bill wasn't expensive either. This company is highly recommended.

Great service from quote to billing. We had installed a couple of hoppers and their drains to a new manhole, along with kitchen drainage rerouted to one of the new hoppers. The lads worked SO hard in blazing hot sun to dig that really deep hole and find the sewer through awful clay, as they couldn't get a digger to the location. I was so impressed! Friendly, professional, kept me informed, done at speed AND quality, at a cost compatible to others locally. The comms before and after were excellent too. I hope they're proud of what they do. Brilliant company.

Superb service from Daryl and Naomi! Difficult situation at our commercial property and they went out of their way to attend, solved the problem, give advice and even speak to our landlord to try and get things sorted for us.
