Aqua Response

We were selling our home and contacted a few drainage companies with regards to doing a full CCTV camera survey, a few promised call backs but only Aqua Response did what they promised. From the first call at 9.30am, we had an specialist onsite by 2pm and the following morning a full report on our drainage system. We have since recommended them to a number of friends and family and every time the service has been top drawer.

Kevin and David have been at my flat for the last week completely overhauling the drainage system. Absolutely amazing guys, so friendly and so good at the work they do! Super considerate as they always put their gate up blocking the work area so the dog couldn’t access it. Cleaned up after themselves and left the garden looking better than it did before. Charged me a full hour @ £90, the guy was about 2 hrs late (clearly they don't have enough staff), didn't unblock the drain, left rancid water all over my back garden and through my hallway and was with me for about 35 mins. He couldn't leave quick enough as he clearly wanted to shoot off for his lunch. I had a grovelling apology off one of their directors but no offer of a refund and I'm still stuck with blocked drains because the guy couldn't open a manhole cover in my neighbours garden. Overall a very poor experience and l wouldn't recommend.

i founds blockage in my toilet on Sunday, i give them a call on sunday and luckily they found a slot for me next day. Arrived on time , friendly and professional staff, blockage sorted with providing a professional corrective solution. no hidden charges .they provided the highest level service that i ever have. highly recommend!!!

Our family recently purchased an older property in need or some modernisation, one of the first steps was to convert an outbuilding into our new utility room. Unfortunately, we had no plumbing that side of the property that would have allowed for the installation of a washing machine. A quick telephone call to AR Drainage Solutions and within twenty-four hours a survey had already been completed. Once the survey had been completed a quote was offered and accepted and works were carried out within days. The gully and drainage system encroached onto our neighbour’s property but AR Drainage Solutions quicky found a solution and caused minimum disruption. We now have a fully functional utility room; with all the drainage we would ever want at a very reasonable price. My family and I would have no hesitation in recommending AR Drainage Solutions for their speed of service and professionalism.

AR Drainage Solutions were recommended to us by a neighbour when we awoke to our drains backing up. They were able to come out to us by the lunchtime, and within an hour or so our problem was resolved. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
