Massive respect and admiration for the two amazing men who came at very short notice on a Sunday in a dire emergency to repair a drainage fault in my sons and daughter in laws house. The garden had backed up with excrement and we were in a no win situation. An hour later, the house was fresh and sweet. 100 years of filth fixed in no time. Thanks so much your amazing team with utter professionalism and hard work. 👍✅ Obviously without saying, recommend to the whole Wirral.

He took time to explain the issues with backup photos and the steps he took to resolve them, putting my mind at ease. I found Tony via Google and liked the fact that it was a fixed price with a free camera inspection. He sorted a fairly difficult problem very efficiently and was very personable throughout with useful advice about future options but with no sales pressure. I have no hesitation in recommending Tony.
Had Tony come around to unblock my drains a few weeks after another firm had said they had fixed the problem only to find them blocked again. Tony found two problems a rod that had broken in the drain and a rough edged join the other firm had done. He fixed both problems and my drain was now clear only for it to be blocked a week later. Told Tony and good as gold he came out on that evening but it was dark now. He was willing to do the work but I said come back the next day. He was a man of his word and came back the next day. To his credit he found that the rod that had broken the plunger had also broken off the rod and was further down the drain. He apologised saying he had missed it but to his credit he came straight back around as soon as I asked him to. I cant say more than he is extremely proud of his work and hated missing the other problem but was determined to rectify it
