Tank emptying, sewage disposal and waste water treatment are the services that customers of this Coventry-area firm describe most often, with several accounts covering both scheduled collections and follow-up engineering visits. Several accounts note the courtesy and knowledge of the crews who arrive on site, and the drivers are said to contact customers ahead of time to confirm when they will reach the property. The work itself is described as efficient and tidy, with no mess or fuss left behind, and the office is credited with keeping communication clear throughout.

Named members of staff, including Charlie, Kenny and John, are singled out for being friendly and helpful, and the engineers who attend to faults are described as prompt and capable of resolving issues quickly. Pricing is mentioned as fair for the standard of work delivered, and the overall impression is of an organised operation that handles chemical and oil recycling alongside sewage treatment. A recurring theme is that tank emptying and engineer visits are completed within a short space of time, with the whole job sorted in a matter of days.
