Darren's Drains

Unreliable and unprofessional service. He won't turn up as planned and he won't answer calls. Use another company.

I had Darren's Drains booked in as we were desperate to get our near over flowing drains unblocked. He said he would come either the Thursday or if not Friday morning. I messaged him on the Thursday but he said he was unable to get here so it would be the Friday morning. I was up and about by 7am and sat waiting for him to turn up. When it was close to midday I texted him to see if he was still coming. He replied "he came that morning and knocked and rang the bell". He didn't attempt to ring me or text to find out where I was, which you would think would be the obvious thing to do. I checked our ring door bell and security cameras but there was no missed ring or motion on any of the cameras. He also mentioned there were two cars in the drive, which made me think he may have gone to our neighbour's. I checked with my neighbour and it turned out he had gone there by mistake, but as they are quite old they didn't get to the door in time to answer it. I told Darren this via text, but got no apology or attempt to return to fix our issue.... just got radio silence.. I found this very unprofessional and discourteous. I won't be using him again or recommending.

Left three messages, didn't get back to me, most discourteous. What's happened to you Darren, you used to be so good?

Called Darren out as an emergency this afternoon having never used his services before. He kept me updated re his time of arrival and sorted out the blocked drain efficiently and quickly. I would definitely use this company again. Brilliant service thank you.

Darren provides outstanding service throughout. He always provides great advice We recently had our drains relined and our drains repaired and they are now working like new. I can't recommend Darren's Drains enough, I am highly delighted with the work

Used Darren to clear a drain at a property in Lakenheath. Darren was prompt and managed to quickly clear the problem. Darren also contacted the local water board as it was also linked to the mains drains. I would definitely use Darren again.
