we had joe from diamond drainage come today to sort a blockage in our pipes. he was first class checking everything out and did a class job at getting us sorted. our pipes are working perfectly again. super nice guy

Non nonsense, reliable local firm. No hard sell or upselling either. Unlike some of these national call centre based franchises that have let me down really badly.

I have used Diamond Drainage before and once again they were Excellent. I phoned them yesterday and left a message that my drains were blocked and although not an emergency would like them sorted as soon as possible. I was phoned back very quickly and discussed being able to leave work the next day to be available. Next day David phoned me back to sort out a convenient time and he was waiting for me when I arrived home. Did the job quickly and thoroughly and explained to me exactly what he was doing. I was really impressed by the speed and efficiency by the gentleman who came to fix my blocked drain. I will be passing on this Company`s details to anyone who wishes to have their drains unblocked.
