Drain Fix Solutions

Drain Fix Solutions is a locally owned drainage business based in Glasgow, with over 8 years of experience in the drainage industry. The company covers Glasgow and the West, specialising in domestic and commercial drainage issues. All staff are fully trained and qualified, and the company holds full public liability insurance on all work.

Paul Mcginley and Andrew Smith serve as Company Directors and Drainage Technicians. Gordon Merrilees and Tony Drummond are Drainage Technicians, and Lauren Curran is the Office Manager. Services include drain unblocking, hydro-jetting, CCTV surveys, emergency call-outs, patch repairs, and root cutting.

Prompt responses and clear communication stand out as the most repeated theme in feedback on this Glasgow drainage specialist. More than one customer describes being given appointments quickly, sometimes the next working day, and note that Paul or Andrew arrive exactly when promised. Reviewers often mention the straightforward advice offered when a potential leak was assessed and the transparent, fair pricing agreed before larger jobs began. Camera surveys and drain clearing appear among the work described.

The team's expertise is a point that comes up often, with one account noting how a stubborn blockage was retrieved after others might have abandoned the attempt, while another describes a concrete slab being removed from pipework. Tidiness is praised, including a dirty repair left spotless once finished. Customers value being talked through each stage, from initial inspection to completion, and describe Paul and Andrew as polite and well mannered. Repairing and clearing drains, removing an old trap behind a new ensuite installation and tracing recurring problems with a downstairs toilet are among the tasks completed successfully, with problems resolved rather than returning days later.
