DRAIN TEC works in Newcastle upon Tyne, where two accounts describe blocked drains, a manhole and a blocked toilet being cleared. Ian is named in one report; he quoted a price the customer thought very reasonable and arranged for the work that same afternoon.

The job was completed while the property was empty, everything was left clear and photographs of the manhole, completely blocked, were sent afterwards. The second account concerns a tricky blocked toilet, solved quickly and efficiently, with customer service called excellent. Both customers would recommend the company and use it again.
