I booked Darren based on the fantastic reviews on here and I wasn't disappointed. Darren and his colleague (sorry, forgot his name) were very friendly and informative whilst conducting a CCTV inspection of the sewers. Very knowledgeable and extremely efficient with sending me the survey (on the same night). Would definitely recommend and use again. Keep up the great work.
We had a broken clay waste pipe beneath our kitchen floor. Darren and his team first carried out a CCTV inspection, which confirmed that the kitchen waste pipework needed to be rerouted to the external drain. They also provided a WRC-approved report detailing their findings. The new pipework was neatly fitted through the kitchen cupboards in situ, and the external pipework was discreetly hidden below the back door step, leading into the rear drain. Darren was highly knowledgeable and talked us through options that avoided extensive alterations. Brilliant service – would definitely recommend.

Called a few drain specialists to get quotes for a CCTV survey. From the start DB was the most informative and I quickly booked the survey. When they arrived the gents were professional and easy to talk to. Whilst conducting the survey they talked me through what was being found and what work they would advise on being done. On the same day after the survey I received a 22 page pdf document with the findings including stills from the CCTV trawl. Brilliant service.
