What fantastic service! I noticed yesterday PM that my cess pit was overflowing (the joys!). I wasn’t sure I’d be able to have it emptied until after the New Year which would not have been ideal. By 10:30AM today two lovely guys had arrived and did the necessary. They were extremely polite and friendly and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend this business!

Chris was very efficient and arrived promptly. The job was completed with the minimum of fuss and the procedure explained. I would recommend Drainforce to anyone who has issues with their drainage.

We arranged with Drainforce to have the sceptic tank emptied at our football club, firstly we couldn’t open the manhole cover, but the boys were brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure they did. We then found it to be backing up into the toilets! They then managed to sort that no problem! Without this extra work from Billy and his colleagues, there would have been a number of young players unable to play football that weekend! Diolch boys, I highly recommend Drainforce.

We had a serious blockage at our apartments on the eve of a rugby international weekend - it was certainly not a job for the faint hearted, the cameras showing blockages in two directions. The technician Jadey Bryne was truly exceptional. Not only professional and thorough she was tenacious and determined to sort the problem. Thank you Drainforce and a massive thank you again Jadey!

If you are residential, steer well clear. This company has no interest in providing any level of customer service to residential, I assume they are too busy with commercial contracts. I’ve chased them dozens of times to have a handful of visits to my property to investigate a blocked drain, and later to repair a hole in it. The last straw for me was they finally turned up to repair the drain but didn’t bring a water jet with them, despite me clarifying this with them several times (pretty obvious a drain will need to be jetted before it can be repaired). This is after 6 months of diagnostic visits and my frequent chasing. Despite this failing they have not tried to contact me once to rearrange or apologise, and this pitiful visit was 3 weeks ago. In fact, this company has not tried to contact me once in the entire 6 month engagement. All chasing and project management has been by me, the customer. I’ve never left a review before but they are simply the worst company I’ve ever encountered due to having absolutely zero interest in customer service or indeed the customer. Oh yes, and they damaged my brand new drain cover on the last visit and didn’t mention it before leaving, a fitting end.

Excellent service from Jonathan. He came out very quickly (which was really appreciated) to deal with my blocked drain. It was not the easiest of jobs but he dealt with it in a very efficient and professional manner, I was impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Drainforce in future.
