They were so polite and kept me posted about what they were doing and how they were going to do it. Nothing was too much trouble for them and checked everything they did along the way. They finished the job and tidied up and asked if I was happy with the results and I was. Would easily recommend this company and the guys doing the job.
I was very disappointed with the service. The engineer who attended my property appeared to smell strongly of cannabis, and the smell was also noticeable inside the company van. This raised concerns for me about professionalism and safety while carrying out work. As a customer, I expect engineers representing a company to maintain appropriate standards. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and lacking confidence in the service provided.
Cody was excellent and professional, and managed to clear out blocked drain.

Had some work carried out by this company yesterday and what a disgrace put a resin sleeve in my drain got all resin on my new patio left drain pipe in a mess left a box ox resin on the pavement out side the house my patio now is ruined such poor workmanship and no respect looks like a court case if not sorted 😡very unprofessional company
Omg thank you to Cody who came to my property and unblocked my drain he was so nice and professional he never stopped when it was a struggle and he unblocked the pipe and finally can use my toilet and bath I can’t thank Coby and the team enough got so much respect for the company he even cleaned up for me due my ocd thanks again
