I contacted Enviroclean as I had an issue with a drainage pipe in the septic tank. The team that came out to assess the problem, survey the damage and carry out the replacement pipe were all excellent. The repair team were very professional and paid attention to detail making sure everything was absolutely right before they left. So polite and tidy in how they worked. Highly recommended them.
Two men sent out from Enviro Clean for Scottish Water, in the evening too which is good service. They were great friendly efficient helpful and got the job done. Well done Guys.
Came out today to unblock the drain and empty the septic tank. Whilst here they discovered a crack in the main sewage line. Josh and the team pulled out all the stops to get this fixed and completed today. Excellent service!!!
I called to enquire about checking my Septic tank as we are doing some work in the garden in the area around the tank. Receptionist was very helpful and put me in touch with Wallce, who has a wealth of knowledge and very pleasant with it. He came out the following morning to put my mind at ease. He assured me that all was working well. Wallace took time to explain everything, very unusual these days. ! When I do need the tank emptied I will definitely be calling them as I know they will do a good job.
I have no connections with this company other than being a customer and this was, in fact, the first time. Well, I am truly impressed. Every person I spoke to (Barry, Julie, Wallace and driver Scott) was extremely pleasant and incredibly helpful. They were very efficient too and I got my septic tank pumped out the following day (I first phoned them after 10pm the previous night). I am really happy and will definitely be back to them.
