Septic tank servicing and drainage maintenance form the core of what this Glasgow-based waste-management and sewage treatment company provides, and the accounts left by customers return repeatedly to the same themes. Blocked drains, blocked manholes and backed-up sewage lines being cleared, septic tanks being emptied and drainage pipes surveyed, repaired and replaced feature throughout, often after an initial visit revealed further damage such as a cracked main sewage line.

Various customers describe the speed of the response, with one job attended within an hour of a call and a tank pumped out the day after a late-evening enquiry, while others highlight the equipment brought on site, including high pressure hoses and camera inspection gear used to show a cleared pipe along its whole length.

Named members of staff, among them Scott, Stevie, Josh, Declan, Barry, Julie and Wallace, are regularly praised for being friendly, helpful and efficient, and an aspect raised across a number of reviews is the care taken to explain the work and to leave the area tidy once the job is finished. Communication features too, with updates sent when a team was running late, and the same faces are credited with handling problems professionally and paying attention to detail. Customers describe polite, unfussy service from first call to completion, with drains unblocked, tanks emptied and repairs carried out promptly.
