Honest sensible advice to address old collapsed drain with upfront price. Communicated well throughout the job and cleared up fully afterwards including replacing block paving on driveway and sweeping up - even returned after the skip had been removed to sweep up. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from James at HI-Flow Drains Limited. I got in touch after discovering a drainage issue, and James was out to see us in less than 24 hours. He turned up exactly when he said he would, charged a very fair price, and was friendly and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything. He didn't just clear the blockage and leave – he showed me what had caused the problem, talked me through everything he was doing, and gave me some really useful advice on how to avoid the same thing happening again. Thanks to his experience, he also spotted a few things that could have become much bigger (and more expensive) problems down the line, so he's genuinely saved us money by catching them early. It's not often you find someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and genuinely wants to help. He made the whole process easy and completely stress-free. James was available quickly and was upfront upon first contact as to the price of the job. Having been let down by another company, James and his team identified the issue with the previous work, and rectified it for a good price and the result was a neat and tidy job, which will no doubt long outlast the building it is servicing. Highly highly recommended.

I had a clogged drain that was causing all sorts of issues, James and the team came to the rescue quickly and professionally. From the first call to the final fix, everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and had everything up and running in no time. The team were respectful of my home and left the work area spotless. Honest pricing, excellent communication, and top-notch workmanship — I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

James & Co were brilliant from start to finish. Communication was great & they came out really quickly. Really friendly guys & I felt more than comfortable having them at my property as a solo female. James went out of his way to explain the problem & give me lots of advice how to manage our drainage issues in future. I would highly recommend them & would happily use them again - but hopefully won’t have to.
