Disappointing service from start to finish! Unable to find the problem. Absolute waste of money- avoid

Was put in touch with Lanes for Drains to deal with a blocked drain that was causing issues in the house. From start to finish they were very easy to deal with, the engineer arrived on the agreed day and was very professional, fixing the problem and explaining how the issue came about and how to prevent it in the future.

Would not recommend this company. I had reached out to them to arrange a survey for a septic tank for a property I was buying, spoke to John Paul and he was pleasant at first and talked me through what was involved, advised me over the call as to the cost involved. I had asked for the quote to be emailed to myself so I could read over the documentation and make payment. I never heard anything back. Our estate agent called them numerous times to arrange access to the property and could not speak to any one despite leaving messages. I called John Paul back to chase the quotation email and make payment and was told he would call me back. No courtesy given to even speak to me. This continued for 2 days where the operator Jamie kept advising me John Paul would call me back despite my chasing them to make the payment required. No other operator was competent enough to take payment over the phone either. I never received their email and John Paul never even bothered to call me back. By this point I was not impressed with this company and how they treat potential customers. When I called again I was told he has gone home for the day and to call back the following morning I had emailed them left my number and still no one bothered to come back to me . I called the following morning and was told the same thing he will call me back and he never did. Constantly tole he is in a meeting or on a job or dealing with a customer. I understand they can be busy but they can at least call back. Called them again and politely told them it should not be this difficult to make a payment and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shocking how despite the current climate lanes for drains can show such callous customer service and waste my time. Very disappointing from what is supposedly a reputable firm.

Used lanes for drains via our insurance company... Lanes for dranes service was outstanding from Danielle in the office to Alan and Sam who fixed our issue and liased with our insurance company who where useless. Great service thankd

I was so worried about my mother's blocked drain but your employee was so amazing and hard working he managed to get everything working again. I think his name was Steve but not sure. Great service!!!
