Mike was great. He rang me an hour before arrival and then was really great at updating me throughout the job. He was thorough, spending time going back and fourth between several drains to clear them before checking out for any further blockages. He then explained the layout and then logged follow up jobs to replace a drain cover and clear up the spillage from the original leak. This was all in 30 degree heat and way into the early evening. Very grateful for Mike and Metro Rod!
