Nick was INCREDIBLE! I had sewage coming up my drain and I have only lived in the property for 6 weeks. I was in the middle of work calls and Nick was so accommodating. We discovered the drain wasn't in my garden so he also had to bare with whilst my neighbour was also in a meeting. It transpired the drain was 2 doors down. He fixed the issue so quickly and also attended an hour after my first call. 10 out of 10, highly highly recommend :)
