Absolutely brilliant. I had a blockage, couldn’t clear myself. Job wasn’t easy as 2 buried manholes. These guys had it sorted in no time. Pricing was fine. Tony on the phone was really helpful. These are the best imo. I have nothing but praise for them and I would recommend to everyone.
Excellent service – highly professional and efficient I had a drainage issue where the drain was partially blocked and the responsibility between private and public drainage was unclear. Tony was extremely helpful on the phone and arranged an engineer visit very quickly. Mark arrived promptly, carried out a thorough investigation, clearly explained the cause of the blockage, and confirmed that the issue was actually within Northumbrian Water’s responsibility, not mine as the homeowner. Mark even helped explain the situation directly to Northumbrian Water, who later agreed to attend, resolve the issue, and refund the cost I had already paid. The professionalism, efficiency, and honesty shown by both Tony and Mark were outstanding. They did not try to push unnecessary work or charges and were genuinely focused on resolving the problem correctly. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Phoenix Morrison T/A Amberfix Emergency Plumbing and Drainage, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone dealing with drainage or plumbing issues. Unblock Any Drain (Tony and Mark) did a very good job of unblocking the badly blocked up drains at the front and back of my house. They were friendly and knowledgeable. There was many years of debris in both drains, and Mark cleared it out quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
