Every single person that we dealt with from Michelle the surveyor, Charlie in the office,Aiden and his assistant to the chaps who collected the excess soil cannot be faulted. George came to inspect my drains today, he did a thorough job, jetting them out and resolving a blockage. West Wales Waste have always been fast and helpful when I’ve had an issue, not to mention unfailing polite and friendly!

George arrived nice and early! Solved the issue with our drains and pipes. Gave good advice for future tap usage. Overall very good job. Would highly recommend.

Rang re a sceptic tank blockage in the morning and was told George could fit me in that afternoon. George rang to say he was on the way and sorted the problem in a no fuss professional way. Will definitely use again.

My engineer was George. He was very efficient at clearing my drains. He also suggested a more permanent fix. He came out on Easter Sunday which we greatly appreciated.

I had a fairly severe blockage but George came out today, and sorted it out the company were really quick in reacting. I called them yesterday when I noticed the problem around 4:00 in the afternoon they were here the next day it wasn't an easy problem to solve, but George was very persistent until he managed to clear the blockage thank you and I will definitely recommend you to other people and will definitely use you again
