From my initial search on google maps looking for a drain repair company - Callum stood out from the crowd, being local than most companies and having a signwrited van driving in my local area. I made contact for a quote. He came within a couple of days as it was not an emergency call out. He looked around the issues I was having of water damage in that area. Once booked in he arrived on the day with a collegue to excavate the patio to expose the pipe and issues. Once the pipes was exposed there was proof they was previously fitted in a poor manner leaving holes around the old clay hopper, also finding they had used expanding foam to back fill holes at the sides of the concrete pad the clay hopper was seated below. After excavating down past the Type 1 Mot & the 4 inch concrete pad > they revealed the true extent of the previous fittings. Throughout the dig > the lads had a great manner of work rate, with exceptional credit towards “Detail & Workmanship” Callum highlighted problems along the way making sure he was happy during the refit of the new pipe work, including changing the last piece of cast iron on the soil stack to plastic which was left in. The patio slabs were refitted & re-pointed the same day! Cleaning the area as they found it, clean & tidy. The overall work on this dig was “Outstanding” by both Callum & colleague.
