Reggie was brilliant - arrived quickly late on Friday night after an external sewerage pipe overflowed, did a great job of letting us know what he was doing, why, and being transparent about costs. Cleaned up the place and got rid of a rat too! 100% recommend, and will be using him again.

We received exceptional service when our downstairs toilet drain became blocked. Reggie came out the very next morning after I called, although he was also willing to attend the same day if it had been more urgent. He cleared the drain quickly and efficiently, then used a camera to show me that everything was completely clear, which gave me real peace of mind. He also replaced the manhole cover with the correct one and, to my surprise, upgraded it to a better-quality model at no extra cost. I’m absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant service from 247 Drainage. I had an emergency where my toilet completely blocked and started overflowing all over my brand new carpet. I rang around and got quotes from about five different drainage companies, and 247 Drainage were easily the best price and no hidden costs. They arrived quickly, sorted the blockage with no fuss, and to top it off they cleaned and sanitised my carpet afterwards at no extra cost, which I really wasn’t expecting. They were friendly, professional and explained everything as they went. Hopefully I never have another blocked drain, but if I do, these will be the first people I call. If you’re in Stevenage and need a reliable drainage company, I can’t recommend them enough. Five stars!
