Simon arrived on time, did work same day to repair down pipe, explained clearly problems and work required, did a great job and left everything tidy, would definitely recommend and use again.

Recently needed the services of drain doctor for a drain survey and subsequently valves on 2 drains. The service provided was absolutely excellent- from the call handler to Simon and Jamie (Luton branch) coming out the same day a couple of hours later. Two hours later I received a call to say they were half an hour away. I was informed the cost of the survey before they carried it out and then the cost was updated when they needed to do a ‘flush’ through. At all times I was kept updated and Simon couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. They put back anything that they had to remove and left it all tidy. A week later they came to fit the valves and once again kept me informed - even took the time to show me a video of the valves in place and working! If I could give more stars I would!!

Called head office at 8am, very professional took details and passed over to local / region manager, manager called back within an hour. Spoke about the issue and had someone out to me by early afternoon . As it wasn’t an emergency, got a call from Carl, advised me he is half hour away. (didn’t stop me from carrying on with my errands as I wasn’t just waiting around for hours) Carl came and diagnosed the issues, spoke to me about options and then price options. I was happy to carry on, spoke to me with all the steps, showed me issues evidence at each step. Even cleaned up the mess. Carl was very professional and friendly, highly recommend.
