The response was quick - under 24 hours for a first call and under 2 hours for a second unrelated incident. Drains were effectively unblocked. Good investigation of the installation.

I have used Ian Cox and Ecorod a few times, they have delivered an exceptional service at a reasonable price every time without any comebacks, sometimes at very short notice. I would highly recommend them.

They charged me £250 and did absolutely nothing. I'd used unblocking detergent but I told them there's water leaking still when I use the washing machine as well. They just looked at the pipes and outside no matter how many times I explained that the last time my kitchen sink was blocked the plumber used a snake to unblock it. I understand they have a starting price but this was totally unreasonable as they did absolutely nothing. The younger guy was visibly embarrassed when the older guy charged me the full price. My drain was blocked again after only a couple of months. Called a different plumber who unblocked it in minutes and only charged me £100. I would never use their services again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Such a smooth experience, booked in easily, plumber arrived early, fixed the tap, and even gave me advice on cleaning the limescale properly, small details but so helpful.
