Really friendly when called the office, helpful in terms of providing us with an hours notice when they were due to attend as I had to go out. The engineers that attended were really knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. Thanks to you all!

Drainflow were sent by the groundworkers of our Taylor Wimpey development after our whole estate blocked - Dynorod attended the night before and weren’t able to unblock the road sewers, Drainflow came and sorted the blockage within minutes and checked manholes upstream with me to confirm all free flowing. The gents (sorry didn’t get their names) were polite and helpful, all on Christmas Eve! I am a residential Quantity Surveyor and will make note of their details for any further personal and professional requirements!

Fasted call out on the planet. Luckily they were on their way through our village at the time I called. Excellent job will use them again.

Called them about my blocked drains at 12.45pm, they arrived at 3.30pm, and had the problem resolved by 5pm. The men who attended were professional, efficient and friendly, and the lady on the phone was polite and helpful. Great service that I would use again and would recommend to others.

Excellent service, they have electric power jetting machines solve my blocked toilets after all other service cannot work. They come the same day give very good service!
