Really fast coming out to investigate the problem. Turns out it was an issue with the drainage of the whole street, so the Drain doctor serviceman that came told me my water company should do the repair at no cost to me. Really appreciate his honesty, as he could have just charged us for unblocking our drain and we’d have been none the wiser. Instead he helped us find the root of the problem. Will definitely come to them in future for any needed work
Please can you say thanks to Mark James. After having 3 plumbers to try to fix the problem of not having a shower or toilet for over 4 days. This man came to the house on time, looked at the problem and ensured the wife who was upset that it would get sorted in a hour. To which it was. It didn't seem a problem to this guy. Just shows that not all hero's wear capes. 5 stars thanks Mark.
Mark was a super hero , extremely experienced and knowledgeable, was able to sort the toilet out and provide Gold advice to prevent further issues. Service was supper quick being a same day call out service , would highly recommend!!!
I cannot recommend Drain Doctor highly enough – if you live in Worcestershire and have any issues with your drains, make them your first port of call! I have used Drain Doctor several times over the past few years due to tree roots causing drain blockages on a regular basis. I always ring them ahead of any of the other drain companies, as they arrive quickly and get on with the job. As always, Operations Manager Helen was very helpful when I rang at 5.40pm to book an engineer’s visit, calling me back at 7.15pm to let me know that he was on his way. Engineer Rhys arrived at 7.45pm, and dealt quickly and efficiently with the drainage problem, clearing the blockage and tree roots with a high-pressure water jet. By 8.40pm, the problem was sorted and the cost was very reasonable for such a short call-out time. An excellent service and great to have 24/7 availability when needed.
My manhole cover which is located in the Alley was overflowing with sewage and so I needed someone to get this sorted. I googled and found this company and got in touch. Customer service was great and was very quickly booked in. When the Engineer came out he gave me a quote which I was happy with and off started the unblocking. Simon was the Engineer and he was very experienced in this field. He sorted the issue within no time and cleaned around the manhole and fitted it back on. Overall I was pleased with the service and the efficiency from Simon who was also a very friendly and approachable guy.
