I am extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received. On the 27th of July, at exactly 8.45am, During my phone conversation with one of the MZR representatives, I was trying to explain my concern when he accused me of shouting. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told me to "shut up," called me a "silly man," and then abruptly ended the call. This behaviour was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Regardless of how challenging a conversation may be, customers should always be treated with courtesy and respect. I expect the organisation to investigate this incident and ensure that staff are properly trained to communicate professionally with customers. I hope appropriate action is taken to prevent anyone else from experiencing such poor treatment. Thank you for your response. I acknowledge that I was the tenant rather than the person who contracted your services. However, that does not change the fact that I was spoken to in a disrespectful and unacceptable manner. Regardless of whether there was a disagreement or whether you believe I raised my voice, there is no justification for a representative speaking to anyone in that way. Your response also fails to address these specific allegations and instead focuses on the completed work, which was never the subject of my complaint. We had to call MZR out on a Saturday afternoon due to a blocked external drain causing flooding. Jason turned up within the hour and sorted the problem really quickly and at a great price. Will definitely use them again in the future should anymore drain problems arise!
Amazing service. Guy arrived within a few minutes of my placing the call. Very quickly assessed the drain problem and fixed it. No mess. Very professional and so fast. Drains now flowing freely. Very happy with the service and will recommend without reservation.
Absolutely amazing service! We had a slow draining shower and it got critically worse last night. I messaged MZR at 10:30pm, had a response at 6:30am this morning and a booking for this afternoon to fit around my work schedule. Paul arrived and cleared a giant ball of hair from it in minutes and even gave me a product recommendation on how to prevent it happening again. Paul then ran the shower for a while to double check the problem was truly solved. Fantastic friendly and professional engineer, ridiculously fast and efficient service and the price quoted on the website was the price paid. Couldn’t ask for more! 100% recommend!

Great all round experience from the team from the person on the phone to the team member who came round to fix the problem. Everything sorted within 2 hours of placing the phone call. Clear up front price, friendly staff
