I would like to express my appreciation for the two drain survey engineers who recently attended my property to carry out a CCTV drain survey required for Severn Trent. From start to finish, they provided an exceptional level of service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the survey process and their findings in a clear and understandable way. What stood out most was their patience and kindness towards my 6-year-old grandson, who was fascinated by the work they were doing. He had plenty of questions and even wanted to help at times, and both engineers engaged with him warmly and respectfully, making the experience enjoyable and educational for him. They also took the time to discuss their findings with my neighbour, identifying a minor issue relating to a drop in the pipe and explaining the situation thoroughly. Their willingness to share information and offer helpful advice was greatly appreciated. Overall, the engineers were a credit to their company. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would like to thank them both for the outstanding service they provided.

Had a real mess in the garden sewage coming up from the manhole cover. Contacted Yorkshire water explained that I had grandchildren and pets bringing it into the house, the kitchen in fact where we prepare food. Given a 4 day window as to when it could be addressed but assured it only normally takes about 2. 6 days later and after many phone calls NO YORKSHIRE WATER. Out of sheer desperation contacted unblockers about 9.30am. Tom the unblockers technician arrived at 2.30pm all sorted for 3.45pm a brilliant young man knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. Thanks unblockers and Tom, FIRST class service.
